Marketplace Seller Terms

Before listing items (including second-hand), accept the marketplace terms:

• Accurate descriptions: condition, defects, size, authenticity; representative photos
• Accurate seller identity: disclose whether you act as a private individual or as a trader / professional when required; no fake identity for listings or payouts
• Ship via Shippo labels within the listing timeframe; default 5 business days
• Share minimum delivery data with Shippo/carrier to fulfil shipping
• Select or offer shipping insurance per listing settings (basic / premium / none)
• 14-day return / withdrawal policy where the buyer is a consumer
• Seller payouts: hold until delivery confirmation / dispute window; target release (counsel-pending) within ~2 rolling business days via Stripe Connect when available (see SLA)
• Platform commission and buyer-protection fee per public marketplace config
• No illegal goods, counterfeits, or prohibited content (DSA / acceptable use)
• False descriptions or identity abuse may trigger listing removal, payout holds, and remedies under the Terms / Acceptable Use Policy
