Delete your RunwayReady account
You can permanently delete your RunwayReady account and its data at any time. You do not need to contact us first — deletion is available inside the app.
Delete from the app
- Open RunwayReady and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Account & Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered on your account and we will complete the deletion for you: contact@runwayready.ai
What is deleted
- Your profile, sign-in credentials, and preferences
- Wardrobe items and the photos you uploaded
- Outfits, lookbooks, and calendar plans
- Messages, friend connections, and shared access grants
- Marketplace listings and your remaining credit balance
What we keep, and why
We retain a minimal record containing only your user identifier and the deletion timestamp, which we are required to keep to prove the deletion took place (GDPR and LOPDGDD Art. 32). Where the law requires it — for example accounting and tax records for completed marketplace transactions — we keep those records for the statutory retention period and for no other purpose.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days of us verifying your identity.
